Transforming Blacksquare Advisory into a symbol of trust, when businesses at the end of their life need it most

This is a brand transformation for a financial institution that is changing the way it works with business leaders. 


The founders, who came from Big Four corporations, were determined to create an identity that builds trust quickly and separates them from the flock. 


Somewhat restricted by the sector’s traditional style methods, we were set on creating a vibrant and engaging financial consumer brand. 

Our springboard in developing a brand identity that oozed trust and modernity, while still regaining a self-assured quiet confidence, was achieved with a simple brand mark and turning a black square into the letter B. 


This mark gives the brand the solidity and strength to build the rest of its look and feel, and its narrative.
